Connect, learn, and get inspired with us as we explore our permaculture garden, native windbreak, and hugelkultur (hugel mound) planting system. Don't expect manicured beds and cleared pathways, we're building diverse and resilient ecosystems overflowing with life and food for all! We'll then walk you through our calf at foot dairying, sharing how we steward our cows with ethical and regenerative integrity, and the ways we process our dairy on site for the community! The Kangaroo Valley Farmers Market are held on the 2nd Sunday of every month. You’ll often find the Winderong Farm stall down there alongside amazing local producers and creators. We have a bunch of goodies for sale, including ferments, preserves, oxymels, fire cider, infused honeys, balms, soap, seedlings, baked goods and more! Come and say hello!
